Our staff leads and coordinates the day to day ministry of the church

Amanda Johnson
Amanda Johnson
Church Business Administrator

Amanda has been part of the PCF community since her move to New England in 2012. She serves as the church business administrator. She has also served as administrative support for Heart to Heart women’s ministry, has co-led a Heart to Heart small group, and has volunteered in a variety of church roles. Amanda is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a B.A. in Communications: Print Media and a minor in English. She has a background in administrative services in the church as well as in several non-profit organizations. Amanda and her fur-family (3 dogs and 1 horse) enjoy the farm life in Townsend.

Finance Manager

Ed is a long-time attendee of PCF. Prior to being finance manager, he was the church business administrator, and he has also served as one of PCF’s worship leaders. Ed’s background includes information systems, accounting and music. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and he studied accounting at Bentley University. Ed and his wife Tricia have two children and five grandchildren.

Associate Pastor

Jeff Willett is a native of Pepperell and has been part of PCF since nearly its inception. He is a graduate of Gordon College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Jeff serves as our Associate Pastor of Community and Mission, focusing on building up and equipping the body of Christ at PCF and reaching the surrounding community with the gospel. He also leads our PCF Youth Group. Jeff and his wife Christie live in Townsend with their three children: Grace, Abby and Ellie.

Custodian

Jim works as part time custodian for PCF and is also employed as an experimental machinist for Northrop Grumman Aerospace, small business unit AOX located at Devens, MA. He has been applying his skills there since 2005. Jim and his wife Laurie live in Hollis, NH. They have two daughters: Stephanie and Stacie. Stephanie and her husband JP live in NH and have two children Jaxson and Logan. Stacie lives in MA and works for an analytical software company in Cambridge.

Lead Pastor

Stephen Witmer grew up in Maine. He is a graduate of Wheaton College, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and the University of Cambridge, and came to Pepperell Christian Fellowship in June 2008. Stephen teaches courses in New Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and helps lead Small Town Summits, which partners with The Gospel Coalition New England to reach and resource the small places of New England. He has written Eternity Changes Everything as well as articles for Bible Study Magazine, Reformation 21, Desiring God, and the Gospel Coalition website. Stephen and his wife Emma live in Pepperell and have three children: Samuel, Annie, and Henry.

Pastoral Intern

Tyler Yates is originally from Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of the College at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Tyler and his wife Michele have been married since January of 2014. They moved to Massachusetts in July of 2017 for Tyler to begin studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he is pursuing an M.Div. Tyler has a passion for studying God’s word and serving the local church, and he is excited to be able to serve as the intern at Pepperell Christian Fellowship.
