A few helpful resources on race, justice, and reconciliation

Posted by Stephen Witmer on July 13th, 2020

The past couple months have provided an opportunity for many of us to listen and learn in the area of race, justice, and reconciliation. There are many helpful, biblical resources available from Jesus-loving, gospel-centered brothers and sisters in Christ. Here are a few of the resources that have helped, challenged, and encouraged me.

An excellent recent interview with Bryan Loritts.

A powerful, eye-opening panel discussion with several African-American church planters (keep watching past Matt Chandler’s introductory talk)

An honest, raw article by Shai Linne on The Gospel Coalition website. Click here.

A prayer from John Piper and an article from John Piper on structural racism.

A talk by Tim Keller called ‘Racism and Corporate Evil: A White Guy’s Perspective’.

I’ve also been reading John Perkins’ book One Blood, which my Life Group is reading together over the summer.
