Celebrating and serving in Pepperell

We’re thankful to God for another great year of celebrating with Pepperell in the annual Independence Day parade, and then serving Pepperell through Service Sunday. What fun! On Saturday, we walked Main Street with a giant elephant, lots of little jungle animals (i.e. kids with face paint), and a sea of blue t-shirts, advertising our PCF Vacation Bible School on July 24-28, throwing candy, and just being part of our town. On Sunday, we worshiped God together in an early service, and then moved out into our community in service together — helping three individuals in Pepperell with yard work, cleaning the parade route and town field, and sending cards and gifts to public servants in Pepperell. We grew in community with one another as we worked alongside each other, and I pray that God will be glorified as our community sees the love of Jesus in some small, humble acts of service and love.
